At Baby Frutto, we take great care to ensure that every snack you receive is fresh, safe and lovingly packed for your little one.
Because our products are baby and toddler food items, strict hygiene rules apply. This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be offered, and why returns are not accepted.


1. No Returns or Exchanges (Food Safety Requirement)

For the safety of all families, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer

  • Dislike of taste or texture

  • Allergy or sensitivity reactions

  • Items opened or unopened

Once baby food has left our facility, we cannot accept it back under any circumstances to ensure product integrity and hygiene.


2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will gladly assist.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of:

    • The affected item

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

After verification, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method


3. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos taken during unboxing (if available)

We will send the missing item or issue a partial refund where appropriate.


4. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds cannot be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

  • Parcels delayed due to courier operations

  • Failure to collect packages after delivery attempts

  • Requests made outside the 48-hour reporting window

  • Items stored improperly after delivery (e.g., heat, humidity)

  • Claims without supporting photos or order details


5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
